You contact us via email or phone to schedule a no-obligation consultation. An APS-FL facilitator will meet with you at your workplace to listen carefully to you describe the problems your business is facing and outline our process for resolving them. You decide if you want us to proceed.

How does pricing work for your services?

Our fee is $85 per hour spent with you and your team. However, you only pay us if the solution our work produces actually solves the problem. If the data indicates the problem was not impacted by that solution, you owe us nothing.

What kind of support can I expect after the project is complete?
